I started off wanting to do some watercolour effect for an illustration. As it shaped into a wispy form like clouds, I started thinking that that is how life is like in a way, and how short life is. Something my thoughts keep going back to with a heavy heart, more than usual in recent months, with all the deaths going on all around the world no thanks to the ravaging coronavirus.
The heart form represents us as well as the things we hold dear in this world. We are all just passing through. But while we are here, let’s live life to the fullest.
And while we’re at it, let’s all treat each other as how we would like to be treated. With mutual kindness and mutual respect.
Please note: The words ‘Life is ephemeral‘ is of course not originally mine. It’s a common saying, I think. But the rest is something I thought of and added as it’s also meaningful to me
