Wishing a Happy Deepavali to all Hindus and everyone else who celebrates this joyous Festival of Lights.
The pear-shaped jewel that is currently the object of my illustration just looks so cute and perfect to me representing a flame, so I thought it’d be cool to design a Deepavali greeting with it! 💜
Here in Singapore and Malaysia, we usually call it Deepavali. But I’ve learnt it is also called ‘Diwali’ in some other parts of the world.
